Last updated: August 2026. This page explains, in plain terms, what CropSense collects and how it's used. It is a starting template and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
Account details you provide (name, email, country, language and unit preference), farm and field information you enter, crop details and planting dates, and the crop photos you upload along with the AI analysis generated from them.
Crop photos are sent securely to our AI provider for analysis and stored on our servers so you can track progress over time. Photos are not sold, and are not used to train third-party AI models beyond what's needed to return your analysis.
Only you can see your farms, fields, crops, photos and reports. CropSense administrators can access account and usage data to provide support, enforce fair use, and maintain the platform.
You can request a copy of your data or request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
